Improvement -Professional Portrait Photographer (stockton,ca)

"I will post everyday about my daily trials and tribulations-whatever they may be", I have said this over and over again and every time I say it, I say it with so much meaning. The fact of the matter is though, that between the new baby, my toddler, the new puppy, building the business, training to run, having a beautiful relationship with hubby, and all the other million things in life; there just isn't a free moment every day to do it. I truly wish I could write beautiful, inspirational, knowledgeable blogs day to day like many people and professionals do. When I was younger I could just dish story books full of blogs out to anyone who asked me to, on a dime! I think that taking the thirty minutes out to write a blog a day will do wonders; personally and professionally. It will give me something to look back on and reference to. It will let everyone see how much I have grown over the days, weeks, months, and years. It would be an extremely helpful tool as well if whom ever reads these blogs would leave comments to their thoughts and opinions towards the things they read. Again, all my clients thoughts and opinions are highly appreciated and taken into consideration and applied to my business. This business is based on all of your thoughts and opinions; without them, it would starve. So, with all that said I am desperately trying to write better blogs and here's a starter to the better.

Today hubby and I worked on the business. He created our "surveys" which will be provided to clients after they have payed for services and products. Surveys will be hosted in our clients' products bags and will be accompanied with a stamp and an envelope for convenient returns. There is incentives to filling out our surveys so hurry and order your products now to receive one and find out what the goods are! While hubby worked on the surveys I put together my "2010 Referral Program cards" . When we had previously ordered the templates for the referral cards so it was to match our old design and even though it still looks good, I will have to re-do and re-order more of them asap. No problem or regret though, I only ordered ten of them! My next purchase will be the big one that counts for it all. So, I tied off my referral cards together with pretty ribbon, hot glue gunned them to the templates, folded n' sealed my gorgeous petal envelopes, and topped it off with a shinny silver sticker! Voila! I am pleased, and to only be more pleased with my next batch! My only complaint is that I CAN NOT STAND the stringiness of hot glue lol it gets every where! Any how, I can not wait to share these with everyone and to receive referred clients! Nothing is better then a referred client because they are like family. Once I finished the set of ten referral program cards I had available to make, I set everything up and took a photo as a sneak peek for everyone to see. So let me know what you all think!

Along with this hopefully improved blog entry, is some photos that I took today of my daughter lil' {z}.

Before 2010 Referral Program cards were created.

The final product and what it took to make them.

Below are photos of lil {Z} and hubby. Natural lighting on a cloudy day so it was a bit of a challenge.

............and because you all have waited so long for a GOOD blog here is one last picture. I provided hubby with the HOW I wanted it to look and he took the photo for me. Lil {Z} needed a bath and so did I, we were all too exhausted to wash the dishes to provide her her normal bath tub so I brought her along with me in the shower. She absolutely LOVED it. She didn't poop on mommy, not once! She kicked up her feet and laid back and enjoyed the sound of the falling water as she has always enjoyed it since the day she was born.

enjoy.
