6/1 of 52/1 Project featuring {L & K} engagements -Professional Portrait Photographer (sacramento,ca)

I have been anticipating this day for about a week now. My excitement must have been radiating because last night my lil z decided that she just did not want to sleep. Four a.m. approached rather quickly and my little one still had big bright eyes for the world. Finally asleep the morning hit us fast and hard; waking up at 6:45 to pack everything up and make sure we didn't hit commuter traffic to the bay area. Besides the truck that decided to cut off four cars, swerving, and just about on two wheels.........the traffic was decent. We got there early and got everything ready. My excitement was just too much; to have this opportunity was just exactly what I needed. {L & K} were there soon after I was, which was great because we were early and this aloud us to get comfortable with one another. This was the first time meeting {L}. He's a great guy and I am very excited for {K} to have such a great man. He's the type of that that is very grateful, thankful, respectful, and overall; knows how to enjoy life. {K} is also a very sweet person and I know now seeing the two together that they will be a very happy married couple in the coming years. We started our photos outside the coliseum beings as we were early. It was overcast still which I was so thankful for. Those photos were amazing....I know I am over using that word..."amazing" but that is just how I feel. After about an hour outside, their tour started. Again, amazing!!! I had a wonderful time on the tour my self but also capturing the loving couple enjoying life with one another. Engagement sessions are wonderful pre-wedding gigs. They help the couple get a feel for their photographer and to make sure that, that photographer is THE ONE for them. I hope with all my heart that I will be invited into this couples' life and be honored enough to photograph their wedding. Thank you again for the opportunity {L & K}!!!!
